-[link]- Against FOCA FOCA stands for the Freedom of Choice Act. They want to get rid of all restrictions on abortions. They would be removing: Ban on late term abortions Parental consent if the person is a minor. Licensed doctors must preform abortions Information must be given about risks. This isn't a petition to ban abortion, it's a petition to keep abortion safe. So I think you all should sign it regardless if you're pro-life or pro-choice. This act is dangerous to women. -[link]- |

the problem is that i don't find any real good reason as to why a mother should be allowed to have an abortion and babys resulting from rape rarely happens so thats a weak excuse |

No fuck that, kill babies. I'm pro-choice because I disagree that all life is precious. Hell, odds are, the kid is gonna grow up in to be a dickhead or worse, a douchebag. I'm pro-less-people. And besides, look, if you know, that you can't take care of a fucking kid and THEN you bring one into this world anyway... you should be fucking killed. I believe women should have the choice to choose if they want to have the kid or not. However, it should be illegal to have a late trimester abortion. When the kid is fully grown, it is fucked up to tear its fuckin head off in the womb. If your gonna do it, then do it in the first 3 months. After that, they will have to deal with it. You fucked up once by getting pregnant. You were given a second chance to abort it within the first 3 months. You fuck up a second time. Now live with it. It should be performed by licensed doctors, who will inform the person of all risks of the procedure. And if they person is under 16, then parental consent will be needed. If its not like this then fuck Obama. He didnt even get sworn in yet and hes already pissing me off. I signed it. EDIT: If its a rape baby, and they dont want to abort it, or if they fuck up a second time and want an abortion too late, then they can also put it up for adoption. Well if you researched into this little you would know that Obama promised planned parenthood he would. He also voted no to a law that said that once a child is born alive it deserves medical treatment. In Illinois some hospitals do late term abortions and the baby comes out alive, if it does Obama said he did not think it has the rights of a human basically, and spoke out on the floor about it a few times. AGAIN, it doesn't matter if you're pro-life or pro-choice. It's a matter of SAFETY |
